The booking process at Four Paws & Fortress is simple and convenient. You can get in touch with us via email or phone call to discuss your needs and schedule a pre-meet if required.

Are there any emergency services available?

At Four Paws & Fortress, we do not offer emergency services. However, we prioritise the safety and well-being of your pets and home at all times. Should your trip be delayed and you need to extend the service, we are usually able to accommodate becaues we allow some time between each client booking.

What are the cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policies are flexible to accommodate unexpected changes in your plans. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be understanding of our clients' needs. Bookings can be cancelled or postponed two weeks before the date booked. For full details please contact us.

Are there any additional fees?

While our standard services come at a transparent rate, there may be additional fees for additional travel costs, extra services, or specific requests. We aim to provide a clear breakdown of any additional charges upfront. We can provide basic provisions for your return and a receipt will be provided for any such expenses.
